What is this??????!
Question: okay so a few days ago i just happened to be touching the back of my neck and i noticed a bump right under the hairline, smak dab in the middle. okay so i know that that's part of my spine. however, now i found a bump-like thing to the immediate right of that bump (same height and everything)..and its hard. some days it's there, some days it isn't. i felt one to my left too, but it disappeared about 5 minutes after i felt it. with the bump on my right, its the width of a quarter i'd say, but it's not exactly a ball..it feels like bone...it doesn't move when i touch it. what can if be? anything bad? it doesn't hurt, but it feels kinda sore when i press on it... i only noticed it after i started to touch my neck a lot, so could it be like a muscle knot or an irritation? or something else? any ideas?

It's hard to say without a proper examination, especially with a vague description. Consult with a doctor to determine what it is.

is it probly a muscle knot from track.
