Passed out then had muscle spasm. Help!?!
Question: What happened was that i smashed my thumb in a car door, i went inside and got ice on my thumb, but felt very very very sick (nausia and high pitch ringing noise as well as a high shhhhhhh sound) i went into my dads class and leaned agaist him and then passed out. The people there said i passed out and then had muscle spasms in my legs. I only remember thinking of something and then wondering what was going on, then i remembered what had happened and woke up. i haven't had a seizure before, what is this called? I never have passed out before either, school nurse came immediately and said my blood pressure was normal. What is it called and why does it happen? (passing out and muscle spasm)

I'm not sure what it's called but I have the same reaction. Anytime that I've ever blacked out my muscles seem to spasm, it looks pretty goofy I hear but I've always assumed it was normal since it only happens when I've genuinely blacked out
