Question: ok, so i have a basketball game in about 20 minutes and im really nervous. i am the start player so people expect so much from me. i havent play in about a month so i'm really rusty and off. any tips to calm my nerves?

start out taking a deep breath. then get the ball and pass it around and let someone else have the glory for a minute. soon, you will forget all about your nerves and will just play your game, the one that made you the star.

Deep breathing. Concentrate on your strengths. As you breathe deeply, relax yourself and picture yourself making plays over and over.

just try to relax its only a game

long deep slow breaths, then say " i'm the best i'm the greatest " get out do your stuff, make your team the winners okay, long deep slow breaths,rarh rarh rarh you'll be the greatest basketball star score those goals
make it snappy
your coach will sure be happy
