Question: When I talk with anybody over a phone, my ear starts to pain after several mins. Any reasons? or Solutions?. Voice quality of the sound is of phone quality bit rate.

There is strong opinion out there that thinks cell phones cause brain and ear problems. You sound like evidence.
Use the speaker phone or STAY OFF OF THE PHONE. You could always try an ear piece that keeps the electronics of the phone away from your ear and brain.
This reminds me of when people listen to VERY LOUD head banging music and think it will do no damage. They are WRONG it damages the tiny bones in your ears. Boxers also, banging the head continuously, the electronics does the same thing.
Our FORMER PRESIDENT CLINTON, wears two hearing aids, that are probably a result of listening to that type of music.

speaker phone. Are you pressing the phone too tightly against your head? Spend too much time on the phone? Maybe you should go to a doc that specializes in ears/eyes/nose/throat.
its normal every one suffer from this pain in the ear because of the phone
and if u talk for a long time it do such pain and this is due for these reasons:
phone contain magnet in it and that is the main reason to cause the pain
second u press on ur ear while u r talking and that also cause a red color around ur ear
and talking for al long time causes headache as well
