What is the best teen stress reliever?!
Question: Man, semi-finals are coming and I am soooo stessed. I've got math and history all in one day! I have headaches, my eyes are red, and (not to sound disgusting) my nails are not nails anymore. How would I get rid of this STRESS!!!

Try a hot bath or shower, take a walk, try yoga or just a deep breath. Finals can be crazy but it doesn't have to be the end of the world. Plan out your study times, making sure there are lots of breaks in between. If you feel stressed, take a deep breath and count to ten. Teachers just want you to prove you've been paying attention and doing work, not make you go crazy.

Take a break, go hang with a friend do somthing fun before you explode. Then go back and take stuff at your own pace.
exercise is always the best form of stress relief.

Ride a bike.... go for a swim.... take a hike.... play some volleyball..... get a shower.... drink a glass of chamomille tea... go to bed
SEX
sleep, take a break, drink tea.
pressing on your diaphragm is supposed to calm you down temporarily.
take breaks between long periods of study time and do what you enjoy most
Take a deeeeep breath, stress is just in your head, it's all mental.
Athletics are great stress releivers if you really put in your all!!! Do something challenging. Or socializing ALWAYS helps. Or sleeping is good too...if you have the time and the drive
