You might have to get your knee drained or if you are constantly standing or bending over you could be getting a very common knee problem in teenagers to young adults called Oshgoodshlater syndrome. It is where the gab in your bones start increasing and your muscles are trying to stretch and cover the gab. Your feet will generally be colder than the rest of your body because thats where alot of blood is circulating and they are generally not covered as much as the rest of your body is.

Go to the doctor, you might have to have your knee drained, but your best bet is to go to make sure its all OK, knee injury's are the worst kind.

Why not "tap" your knee to drain the fluid from it. ;)

your mother needs to take you to a doctor.you may have atharitis which children can get
