Wierd tongue chewing habit?!
Question: I have this subconscious habbit where i bite the sides of my tongue, on the very edges, not enough to cause bleeding or pain. Its really hard to explain, but after i bite my tongue in this way, it makes my teeth "sticky", and i bite my teeth together to make them stick even more, and then release the bite to feel a sort of click sound. i know its really messed up, but its never actually caused me any visible problems, and no one can tell i'm doing it, but is it bad for me? if so how, and what can i do to stop?

I do that too occasionally.
I don't think it's that bad. If you want to stop it try chewing sugar-free gum.
if it is mild problem-ignore it.
if it is too much-may be you have lichen planus. consult your doctor.
