Can you suggest any good bedtime drinks?!
Question: I'd like to be able to get at least a few hours sleep before work, but being an insomniac is making that a bit difficult. Can anyone suggest any bedtime drinks that I could have before bed to help me relax?

Why not try warm milk with cinnamon, or chai tea? They both work really well in helping you to relax.
warm milk is good or even a nice chamomile tea works for me.
A strong alcoholic drink lol
Horlicks hot chocolate flavour. I had trouble de-stressin before sleep, it worked loads. Also try a pillow mist that you spray on your pillow before bed, it helps you relax as you lay there rather then worrying about things. Hope this helps (:
Cammomile tea may help...
Hot milk's supposed to be good
Well it works for me anyway
for non-alcoholic, Horlics, or for alcoholic Yeni Raki, Tequila, or even vodka or rum if you are low on supplies
P.S. Can anyone help with my question (prefferably the serious one on Cotton Mills) I would be ever so grateful
Whisky in hot milk

Try hot chocolate made with real milk.
make a cup of hot chocolate first of all mix the powder with about a tablespoon of milk then top up with boiling water and stir thoroughly and then put squirty cream on the top, get into your pyjamas and relax and spoon the cream into your mouth before drinking the rest of the chocolate and then just sink into bed and go into a most peaceful sleep (hopefully) xx
Linden or passiflora.Drops in warm water or make a tea with dried plant.

If you are not allergic to milk, as is the case in most of the cases then start taking mildly warm milk before bedtime. But your dinner should always be at least 2 Hrs before going to bed.
Milk contains a protein that tells the brain to sleep, improving sleep quality and next day alertness.
