Sleeping Problems..?!
Question: This is my 3rd night staying up i cant fall asleep!
its about 2:32 am right now, And im 11 years old!
i dont even feel tired
and I cant take pills ok? -.-
But still, I cant fall asleep!
P.S. I hate warm milk

have you tried reading? maybe a long hot bath some hot tea? How about just closing your eyes and relaxing....
try this sleeping pill called Melantonin or something like that..
it its all natural..trust me dude i took it yesterday... wow...i was knocked out
