You sound like you have Generalized Anxiety Disorder. What you are experiencing is a panic attack which oftentimes occur for no apparent reason. You might want to make an appointment with your doctor. He/She might need to change your dosage, add an additional medication, or try a different medication altogether.

They are called panic/anxiety attacks because you don't need a legitamate threat to cause them. It appears to you these attacks are coming out of nowhere. That is why they are so misunderstood. For some reason your body goes into "fight or flight" mode and starts pumping out adrenaline. That is why they are so distressing to people to experience these attacks. They feel like no one will understand and think they are crazy. You are not. There are many treatments out now to help ease your symtoms, from seeing a therapist to talk and see if you can figure out a root cause, to medication. Please see a doctor who deals with this. Good Luck

it may seem like there is no reason---u can have anxiety and it may come out a bit later as a panic attack---go to wedmd.com or mayoclinic.com and search panic attacks

yes it is possible to have panic attacks for no reason i know this because ive had panic attacks and suffer with agraphobia. you have to stay strong and positive
