What kind of headach medacine can you take while pregnant?!

Question: Use a cold pack or a heating pad on your forehead or wherever it hurts on your head. I usually find that if I put heat on my forehead and cold on my neck at the same time, it gets wiped out pretty fast, so I would try that, but if cold feels better on your forehead, put cold there and heat on your neck and shoulders. Try not to use medicine while pregnant but if you do, childrens dose tylenol is the best, you can take 2 of those, or even the junior strength which is a little bit stronger.

head-on, apply directly to the forehead!

tylenol and that's about it. If you are wanting to take something else, check with your dr/pharmacist

It's safer to sit it out. I wouldn't suggest anything as it could harm your baby. Lots of water and fruit will help prevent headaches in the future. But instantly,

1)Bring a pot of water to a boil
2)Remove the pot of water from the stove
3)Put a towel over your head and lean over the steam coming from the hot water
4)Slowly inhale through your nose letting the towel funnel the steam towards your face
5)Keep breathing the steam until your are feeling the pressure in your sinuses releasing
6)Take a break from the steam by removing the towel and return to the steam once you have cooled off a bit....Within 5- 10 minutes your sinuses should be cleared and the pressure relieved.

This works for me and did work for my partner when she was pregnant! :)

Tylenol and take it with a cup of coffee. Caffeine enhances pain relief.
