Answers: I swear, I sound like popping corn from the ground all the way up. My son cringes when I do my neck -

What do you crack?

Only if i don't get all the seeds out.............

I tried to crack my knuckles once, but I was frightened my Grandmother would chase me with a shoe like she did the one and only time I ever bit my nails. I did get "the look" though!

I still can't bring myself to do it, because I know her ghost might just appear with a disapproving look :o(

I can crack nearly every joint in my body, but I try not to bacuse I'm unsure of the effects it has. Although, I do crack my spine and neck...alot...
I just answered a question on cracking knuckles, I'll post it here too...seeing as this question is related...

I tried to break this down as simply as I could.
The knuckles in the hands and feet (as are all other joints in the body - ankles, elbows, shoulders etc) are surrounded by cavities of fluid (called synovial fluid). This fluid gets bubbles in it (dont worry, this is normal) mainly consisting of carbon dioxide. When you pull your finger, or push the knuckle, the bubbles colapse rapidly on themselves, making the clicking/cracking noise. In a few minutes, sometimes hours, the bubbles will reform in the synovial fluid, but until they do, you wont be able to "crack" your knuckles again.
The process of "cracking" knuckles or joints is known as cavitation.
The long-term consequences of this practice have not been studied thoroughly, and the scientific evidence is inconclusive, but it is assumed that you can damage to the joints/knuckles if you regularly crack them.
People offen say "cracking your knuckles gives you arthritis", However, it is not supported by any evidence, but habitual knuckle crackers are more likely to have hand swelling and lower grip strength.

That's ... not actually a skill, or pleasant to hear!

Could you save that trick for your own room, please?

Yuck!

Yes, and I would blame it on age, but they have done it my whole life. Especially my ankles, knees, and hip joints. You should have heard the music I made when I was pregnant!
And I don't crack anything on my body, ever.

Damn it Sea Bat....you took my answer.
