Don't wanna wake up??!
Question: Alright, I'm 15 and I really hate getting up for school.
Even though I don't wanna go to school, I just really hate getting up at 6:45 am every morning.
My body just doesn't wanna get it up.. any way I can make it so i'm like not tired or something so it's easy for me to get up?
Should I get more sleep?

By the way I go to bed at like 11:45 - 12:00 and get up at 6:45-7:00.

Try going to bed fifteen minutes earlier each day, that way it will be so gradual your body won't notice. Young men should get atleast 8 hours of sleep every night to stay healthy and alert. Make sure you are getting vitamins too
