Omg neCk pain?!

Question: its xmas eve and im supposed to go to amy aunts in a couple hours i just woke up witht the worst pain on the right side of my neck i took tylenol wat else do i do!!! i need to use the blow dryer but cant lift my arms!!! help =(

try gentle stretching...you probably just slept on wrong it your neck is irritated..so do gentle stretches and take advil or a pain reliever

Try either a frozen compress or heating pad. People are different in what makes them feel better. Leave it on for 10 minutes at a time. If you have Advil or Ibuprofen, this would work on muscle pain.
