Try Rubbing Emu Oil on your back. It works like an anti inflammatory. Use it for skin conditions also.
It is almost like a wonder oil.

A heating pad might help. Some say ice some say heat. Hard to know what will work for you becuase I don't know you very well.Try heat try ice and see what works.

Ice it to numb the pain, and then use a heating pack to slowly relax it away, or get an icy hot patch. My dad took ibuprofen every 4 hours when he had soft tissue damage along with the icing and heating.

Use the strongest over the counter ibuprofen you can find, but be careful not to overdose. It should at least stop some of the pain.

try ICYHOTand try to start balancing your posture cause that can cause back problems as well poor posture can cause a whole lot of wrong things with our back and other body parts try positioning yourself with proper posture and try not to lift heavy things if you're not able to do so
