Doctor out of question?!

Question: so i need to figure out what to do with my hand and going to the doctor is not feasable due no cash (no insurance either).

i got bit my dogs separating a fight and it is now infected... area red and swollen and tender to the touch.

so what can i do aside from the doctor?

Clean it out really good; use some peroxide. Put neosporin on it and then cover it with a bandage. (going to the doctor would be the best option though)

pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeese go to a doctor if u dont your hand could get really infected + make sure you wash it and put like an ace bandage or something around it

Where I live they have clinics that have a sliding fee and you can get prescriptions free.I don't know about where you are.Also an emergency room HAS to see you if you have money or not.I think I would get medical help some way.That sounds pretty bad.
