You can try yoga an hour or 30 minutes before bed....OR you can meditate by using your breath before you go to bed or while you are in it...OR you can try getting a weekly or monthly massage..... if you dont have money for afull massage its ok...just get a 30 minute one....You could aslo try getting like a glade plug in and use the smell of Lavender... it is a proven fact it helps calm you down... or even use a lavender lotion or essential oil..... Or lsiten to classical music even or something calming like a nature cd or even indian flutes find out what sounds calm you down... I use a fan ... the sound relaxes me... I REFUSE to take pills too..

I CANT NOW .BECAUSE YOU SAID NO PILLS..

Long hot bath...long hot sex...dam I am sleepy just thinking about it

Hit yourself in the head with a HAMMER !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, i usually try to listen to my breathing when im trying to sleep, because makes me stop thinking about things other then sleep.

simple, just close your eyes and let nature take its course

hit your head against a cabinet 100 times. that will do it.

Don't drink alcohol or eat chocalate about 2 hrs before bed.
Try to calm your mind , clear it out , No Problems
Just Rest , Think of Angels

Use a hypnotic induction technique.
