Best thing to put on?!
Question: chapped lips please
Answers: chapped lips please
To treat or prevent chapped lips, consider these tips:
Use an oil-based lubricating cream, such as Aquaphor Healing Ointment, or lip balm containing petrolatum or beeswax.
Apply lip cream, balm or lipstick before going out in cold, dry weather. Reapply several times while outside.
Choose a lip cream or balm that contains sunscreen. Sun exposure contributes to chapped lips.
Avoid licking your lips. Saliva evaporates quickly, leaving lips drier than before you licked them.
Avoid using a flavored lip balm, which can tempt you to lick your lips.
Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of fluids. Dehydration can contribute to chapped lips.
Use a humidifier at home to keep air moist.
chapstick
Carmex.
50cent chapstick from walgreens ...derdider
Burt's Bees chapstick is the best. it leaves your lips smooth.
vaseline
vaseline or any form of lipsalve or chapstick. Try and avoid extremes of hot and cold - turn down the thermostat at home / work by a degree and wear a scarf when out, try to cover your mouth with it if it's really cold. Never lick your lips when they are dry. If you're a woman, don't wear long-lasting lipsticks as they dry your lips out even more. Don't pick the skin off them or you'll make them bleed - try to not fiddle with them. Wear lipsalve to bed and keep applying it every few hours during the day.
Apparently, a lip balm or salve, but not Vaseline.
cheap and always effective is vaseline - just apply it a couple of times everyday and your lips will stay lovely.
ask your master to kiss them better !
