What's happening to me?!
Question: hey guys.I just woke up 30minutes ago and the strangest thing happened!my tummy started to hurt SO much,so i went to sit down in the bathroom because i was also feeling like i was going to throw up any minute.After about 2minutes I started sweating so much and i was feeling like the room was spinning,I had a tiny bit of trouble seeing where i was going and I felt SO light headed..this has never happened to me before.what could it be?I feel better now but not hungry at all.

Panic or anxiety attack
the same thing happened to me, i was sleeping and woke up with a huge stomach ache, my stomache was turning. well I think i ate some bad food at a resturaunt.
