You really should see a doctor about this. Screws are pointy, and it could perforate your stomach or intestines and do all sorts of nasty things. People (usually children) can and do die from this.

I think it's a bit extreme of your first answerer to suggest that you might die of it. People swallow stuff all the time and nature has a way of just passing it all through quite naturally.
