Sleeping late?
My mom is always nagging on me for sleeping late. She said I need fresh air and stuff. Why is sleeping late bad? Why should I rely on fresh air so much? I think I go outside quite often...

I think the fresh air question is answered but as for sleeping late it sets you up for sleeping trouble later in life. It is better to add sleep at the beginning then to sleep later in the day.
It is also important to be exposed to sunlight, if you don't you will suffer from vitamin D and calcium issues. It is also how your body sets its clock and without you will become lost in your world.
