Bloated lower right stomach?
The lower right part of my stomach often bloats up and goes hard. This can physically be felt when pressed on. The bloating goes down but can always be felt. could this be something to do with digestion or something more srious maybe?

is it worse after certain foods? keep a food log of how some of them make you feel and then take it to your next doctor visit for better answers.
