What type of food can a sick person eat??????????
my mother is sick she cant eat sour stuff or basically anything flavorful so do you guys have any idea on what she can eat??

You didn't mention what kind of illness your mother has, so it's hard to tell if she is having stomach problems or perhaps mouth sores from chemotherapy? These mild foods might taste good to her: applesauce, lightly toasted wheat bread, cottage cheese or yogurt, tea with a little honey, scrambled eggs, oatmeal. I hope she is feeling better soon!
