What is that brace called that stroke victims use that can rehabilitates your hand?
It's to help for uses such as picking up obejects. It's pronounced something like "saboplex" but I want to know exactly how it's spelled. If you know about it, how does it work?

I'm not exactly sure... I did a little bit of research and I came across two things that might help. One is like a brace that keeps your writst from moving, and the other one is like a grabbing claw you would use to pick up things.
