My arm falls asleep regularly while I'm sleeping. Is it normal, and what can I do to stop it?

I had this same problem. It could be one of two things. You might have carpel tunnel syndrome. You can have a test called EMG that will determine if you do have it. Take some Tylenol or Ibuprofen first, it can be uncomfortable. The second is that you might need your back adjusted by a chiropractor. Mine was the second. My back became dis-aligned, causing pressure on my nerves, thus causing tingling. I only noticed it at night because the nerves got compressed when I layed down in bed.
