Question:
How can i get rid of car sickness?
we're going to arizona and we will be traveling to california by car. it will be about 4 hour drives and im kinda nervous because i get car sick very eaisly. we went to chicago this weekend and that was only an hour and a half drive and i had a horrible headache and i felt like i was going to throw up when we got there. is there anything i can do/take that will help me not ruin the trip for my family?

keep in mind im 14 soo i dont think my mom will go for the whole birth control thing =] lol

sit in the front seat and dont read, just look out the windows.
keep some minty chewing gum and some cold water handy.
dress comfortably, in cool, loose clothing. have fun!!
