Snoring, how to stop it?
My fella is driving me mad with his snoring at nigt. I love him so much but right now due to lack of sleep I am getting very snappy at adgitated. We have tried breathe easy strips, sprays etc with no luck. I wear ear plugs but his snoring is so bad it vibrates through the pillows. I also have to take 2 phenagan tablets every night to help me sleep (they are for hay fever but can also be taken as a mild sedative) but this is only advised short term (been taking them 3 mths). I am now exausted through the day and he is feeling bad about it. I don't want us to sleep in seperate rooms so please dont suggest it. He doesnt wear pyjamas so please dont suggest sewing something into the back of them to stop him rolling over !! Even sleeping on his front he snores.
Answers:
tell him to eat marshmallows before he goes to bed...
it seriously works lol.
and then if that dont work when hes sleeping...
rub his arm when he starts to snore..
and he will stop then you can go to bed
