Why does my neck crackle when I turn it?!


Question:

Why does my neck crackle when I turn it?

I'm only 40 yrs old, but for the last few years I noticed my neck really makes a lot of crackling noises when I turn or rotate my head. What causes this? Should I be concerned or is this normal?

Oh may be some calcium deficiency ,please visit your doctor and do blood and electrolytes checkups.
