Is USA health system adequate ?!


Question:

Is USA health system adequate ?

I'm interested to understand USA Health system. Thanks to some answers kindly received from some of you I'm reading, to go deeper, about CSM system that integrates the private individual insurance system.
Well I'd like to know a sincere general opinion, and I thank you in advance, if you think it is an adequate system that satisfies decently the needs of all populations of all states.
Or it hides big problems and at the end noone is really well hospitalised ?

The USA Health system is not even CLOSE to adequate!

3 out of 4 americans have insufficient or no health insurance, and most who have insurance, struggle to pay the co-pays on the benifits.
