What is this sharp pain im feeling?!

What is this sharp pain im feeling?

i've had this sharp pain on my right side for about 2 hours...and its progressively getting worse. the pain is about where my belt sits on my right side, it hurts when i move around and when i talk, its constant. does anyone have any idea what this is or what i should do? i tried taking pepto bismol thinking it was just my stomach hurting, but the pain is still here and it hurts more. what is this???

i'm not a girl, i'm a guy. well i am a girl, but im asking this question for my boyfriend and he did have a boul movement a few hours ago.

well i just thought i'd update your on my boyfriend's condition. we went into the ER and after about 5 hours we find out he has an appendicitis. he's having surgery tonight. sucky...

appendix!!! i had mine out a year from last week go to the ER, or call your doctor first..... please tell me how it turns out
