Im really worried that 90% of vitamin C vitamins are from china. I only want to buy american made vitamins...what are some american made brands???
right now im taking Nutraceutical Sciences Institute brand and im worried it's made in china with china chemicals? a college chemistry teacher told the class about china's vitamins. I bought them from my favorite vitamin wholesale dealer vitacost. please tell me all the american made vitamins.

I hate to tell you this but the two companies that were manufacturing vitamin C outside of China, DSM and BASF, seem to be getting their raw ascorbic acid from China now and refining it outside of China. I am currently searching for some alternative myself and while I haven't found a brand I'm sure of, I'm looking along the lines of natural vitamin C derived from rose hips or acerola berries. Unfortunately I'm going to have to do a lot of research to be sure because I suspect even "natural" sources probably use ascorbic acid to standardize the level of vitamin C.
