Have you ever seen the movie/documentry of supersize me? It is a GREAT Thing to watch. A healthy non overweight man ate Mc Donalds everyday for every meal for a month. He got so unhealthy, that the doctors told him he had to stop b/c he would have died. He gained a ton of weight, and started to get out of breath very very easily. He had to eat his whole meal each time. Once he ate a WHOLE super size meal and threw up because his stomach couldnt take it. I HATE fast food b/c as I am eating I can feel my arteries clogging up.
