I have excessive tossing and turning i need help finding tricks to get me to sleep it takes me 3hours i am willing for about anything
also getting up is a problem

Go to bed at the same time every night, get up at the same time every morning. No matter what. Your body will adjust to whatever schedule you stick to.
I taught my kids to do this - it works for me: Lay still in a comfortable position - then start thinking about your toes - relax your toes, get them in a comfortable position - Then focus on the arches of your feet, then your heels, ankles, working your way up your body - make sure everything is completely relaxed - I never get past my knees!
