I am gassy at work after i eat lunch and my stomach hurts?

i had to take a pepto bismol cause my stomach bubles after i eat anything, i think i need more fiber? do i need mroe fiber what food should i eat

release the gas cause it is swelling up your insides causing stress and pain go to the bathroom and well fart.
