Sharp pain in my arms after a sneeze?!

Question:

Sharp pain in my arms after a sneeze?

What causes this? This has happened to me as long as I can remember. It is usually just one arm, but sometimes both. It's not every sneeze, just the really hard ones.

Since I posted the question, the only thing I have found on the net is that it might be related to a pinched nerve near the spine. Any other ideas?
