Why can't I sleep! HELP ME! I CAN'T STAND IT!?
I don't know but the past few days I noticed I haven't been able to sleep much.
Two days ago, I went to sleep at 10 P.M. and managed to get up at 5 A.M. with the feeling that I had slept too much, but being really tired as well. I was bored for 5 hours, and finally tried to go back to sleep again at 10 A.M. and found myself waking up at 6 P.M.
The night before last night, I went to bed at 3 A.M. and woke up at 6 A.M. and tried for an hour to stay asleep, but it failed. I still have that same feeling of having slept enough but while being really tired. And now I'm typing this.
And last night, I went to bed at 1 A.M and woke up at 5:30 A.M. and just couldn't get back to sleep until 10:30 A.M. and woke up at 5:30 P.M.
These problems aren't normal. I've never had anything like them before. Please help.
You don't understand how BORING the five hour period that follows me waking up at 5-6 A.M.!
Answers:
Put your body back on its natural schedule. You are throwing off your circadian rhythm.
So what if you are bored? Work out, read a book, cook. There are a million things to do- including cleaning.
