Is milk is enough for breakfast?
I usually drink only milk on breakfast, but I observed that I'm losing my weight, so isn't ok to having only 500ml of milk on breakfast?

That means getting a good protein source (Eggs) and a good source of complex carbohydrates (Oatmeal) to fuel you to your next meal.
