Im 13 years old and I have a little flab on my belly. I want to lose it, how do i do it without being dangerous. Also before 2 weeks coz, thats when my friend has a pool party.
My mum wont let me diet.

Work out.
1.) Do some typical crunches
2.) Lie down on the ground on your back, put your legs together, and slowly raise them up keeping them straight - this targets your lower abs.
3.) Jog in place
4.) Walk/run outside or on a treadmill
All of these exercises will help you to tone more than just your stomach as you do them. #1 and #2 will target your stomach the best so you may want to do a few more of those than anything else. Hope this helps. Good Luck.
