Lightheadedness, nausea, diarrhea....what could be the problem?!

Question:

Lightheadedness, nausea, diarrhea....what could be the problem?

I have experienced all these symptoms in the past couple of days. I went to the GP 2 days ago and was told that my right ear had a lot of wax build up and was advised to use olive oil to drain it out. The diarrhea started yesterday and I have still been feeling somewhat faint and the nausea is still there. Could this be some kind of ear infection? My GP hinted at this but she couldn't be sure due to the wax build up in my ear.

What should I do about this?

I had my blood pressure checked when I was at the GP 2 days ago, and she said it was normal.

Thank you very much for your response. ^_^ It has helped a great deal with understanding what is going on.

It seems the diarrhea has pretty much gone away. Thankfully.

The lightheadedness has subsided a great deal, I almost don't feel it at all. The nausea is completely gone as well.

It's just this odd feeling I have in my right ear, the same one that had the wax build-up and a possible infection. Should I still go to the GP tomorrow just to get everything checked out? I hear this swishing sound whenever I bend over and my right ear makes an odd winding noise---if that makes any sense. lol

I still don't feel 100% yet, but it's getting a lot better. A couple of days ago, I couldn't even stand or sit without feeling like I was going to faint right that minute or vomit from the nausea. Thankfully, I haven't vomited at all throughout this horrid ordeal.

So right now, it's just this weird noise my ear makes when I bend over or lower my head down.

That's a possibility.since this was a GP you had your blood pressure checked? if you didn't I would have it done [B/P] is the silent killer.have you had your blood sugar checked there are so many thing that have these symptoms I haven't heard to use olive oil which it has a thousand uses. But I have heard of and used Sweet Oil get it at the drugs store works good. When I was a lifeguard I would put a small amount of peroxide in each ear to keep clean and to kill and thing that I might have gotten in my ears.
