Going to the toilet?

I havent gone to the toilet since Wedsnesday now here its Friday 11.30pm.
Last time I went on wedsnesday it was really bad dioreha and ive had the flu since tuesday and its goibng away.
Since wednesday ive eaten.
about 3 sandwiches
2 Lunches Today fish and potato
Yesterday Baked Sausages and Mashed potato.
Idont feel like i need to go I just feel like I have air in my stomach always making noise and i need to go i run to the toilet and its just a fart and ok i leave it happends come back same thing over and over is this fine?
Ive been sick and all Ive done is ive been laying down for a few days walk around the house etc havent gone out since Monday.

Lots of times when you`re ill , you`re bodys system just doesn`t work properly. It may be something as simple as this. If it continues however, see a Doctor.
