Is this ok???
from monday to friday i usually eat really healthy well i dnt eat that much fat and i go to the gym each night. bt then on weekend i dnt go to gym i have the weekend off bt i tend to have a bit of a pig out, like today, i mean i had my usual bigish breakfast, had an apple banana n yoghurt 4 lunch n i'm goin to be havin a sunday dinner for tea, bt i've eaten lots of mini brownies n a few mini fruit flapajacks. is this ok??? i mean sometimes its worse n does that mean tomorrow (monday) i have to restrict what i eat to burn it all off in the gym?? ( when i say gym its really like arobic classes n spinnin bt sayin gyms easier)
extra info. i'm about 5' 4 " about 9 stone 4, about a size 8-10 on top 12 on bottom, 16 yrs old nxt month (so also am i over weight?)

Please just be sure to eat healthy!!! It's definitely fine to have the fun foods once in awhile - we have to enjoy!! :) But whatever you do, don't starve yourself to lose weight. Everything in moderation is always the key.
