How do I get back on a regular sleeping schedule for school?
It's been 10:30 or so going to bed. But I need to go to bed at 9:30 during school. It's really hard to suddenly switch times. I just end up falling asleep at the same time, then feeling tired in the morning.

Be active in the day so you are tired by 9:30, or just go to bed at 9:30 and read or do something relaxing. Eventually you will get into that rhythm.
