Pressure on the bridge of my nose ?!

I would take a good guess and say yes! I was almost sick when had my first. I was on a train. Wish i hadn't, as I found later i could not run with my football (UK soccer Manager not pro.) squad easily.
My best friend also took young soccer team out and played Pro football in lower league.
He died (dropped down dead, smoking related heart attack) unexpectedly when running his boys out on the pitch...part of me went with him. His name was Marc and he smoked heavily but he could run like the wind, terrific coach and fantastic guy...how I miss that guy (I am not gay!)

I also found it effected my martial skills later and caused me other related problems.
Gave up after some time. Such a b.... addiction. Clean from smoking for many years and so wish I had not started.
Suggestion....Give it a miss...its so stupid, its a slow way of killing yourself and you stink something awful, especially your breath. Its a bomb waiting for you to light it up, has one hell of a long fuse. Sometimes you can put the fuse out.....sometimes it goes bang.
