I do this all the time! You should definitely try getting an alarm with a snooze button that lets you sleep for 5 more minutes before going off again. What I do is set it 30 minutes before I actually have to wake up. So when it goes off, I hit the snooze button, go back to sleep then it goes off again then I keep repeating this process for half an hour. After half an hour I'll b sick of the alarm sound and I'll be awake! So instead of setting it at 7:15, set it at 6:45
Put your alarm on the other side of your room so that you have to get up to switch it off.then jump in the shower.
Motivate urself to get up tell urself when the alarm wakes u up that u have to get up try wetting ur face w/ cold water or set ur alarm to where it keeps going off
