Question: Having issues with sleeping?
I think this is some sort of insomnia. Normally I would sleep at 2 A.M. and wake up at 10:00 A.M.. But for some reason, all of a sudden, I started going to sleep at 5:00 A.M. and wake up at 11:00 A.M. with out purposely trying to stay up. How come that just happened? I really liked sleeping at 2, but now this happens... WHY!?

Grab something you really like, maybe your younger brother?, and snuggle with it.
Mabey you are rally active before bedtime. You are watching T.V. or playing video games which can keep are minds awake. Try lying in bed and listening to music or reading a book a half an hour before bedtime. If this doesn't work drink some hot milk.

Dont excercise at least 4 hours before bed, do something peaceful (read) and listen to relaxing music... Don't think about it too much :)
