Try Ayurveda. It deals about the constitution of you, and to choose the diet accordingly. The main thing is to be in balance, which means to have 'vata', 'pitta' and 'kapha' in balance. The diet affects them. Accordingly we might feel acid, we might feel to have too much of slime, or too much air.
Read a few books about the topic and slowly adjust your diet. Eventually, you will feel fantastic.
Ayurveda is soft Indian medicine.
