gas x for dairy products, and etc. I have IBS, but to control it, put your eating habits on schedule so you can adjust to it, and you will not be constipated if this is the problem neither will your stomach make noises.., putting routine to your eating habits will help this....if you eat greece when you are starving, like fried oysters mine always hurts and is bloated, but first eat something that is not greecy and than the greecy food afterwards.Also, dairy products like icecream can do this to your stomach and if you are perhaps constipated, take Digest i think its called before you eat, and you will go to the restroom. When i first started college, my stomach was so nervous that i had this problem where i took digest before i ate which is a natural erb i believe inside a pill and you will not be constipated anymore trust me.
do sit ups... 10 in the morning & 10 at night & for your IBS... try Grapes(fast fix) or raisins( longer term) also lettuce (salads ) help
drinks lots of water and do some cardio. Do you chew gum alot? Chewing gum is one of the many things that causes bloating.
Boil cinnamon in water drink as tea it conforts me.. also think about if u might be allergic to foods
