What's a good over the counter sleep aid?!
Question: What's a good over the counter sleep aid?
I'm either an insomniac, or border line, so it takes me a really long time to fall asleep. On top of that, I wake up a lot during the night, and it takes forever just to fall asleep again. I'm sick of this because I'm a senior in high school, and it's really hard for me to wake up in the morning and go to school when I've gotten a very little amount of sleep.
So I was wondering what some good over the counter sleep aids were, and what your experiences with them are?
Thanks in advance! :)

I like melatonin. but it should only be taken in moderation. I hear that tryptophan supplements may also aid in helping someone sleep. Who knows.
Anything with diphenhydramine in it. You do not need to buy the brand name stuff like Nytol or other stuff. A generic, off brand, Benadryl will be fine. Anything that has diphehydramine. I would start with 30mg. If it does not work, try 60mg. I have had excellent results with this stuff. Follow the directions on the box.
