Question: Can anyone explain this feeling in my stomach?
Sooo over a week now I have had a feeling in my stomach some where between feeling like i have gas bubbles, being constipated, and feeling full. What could it be?

Maybe pregnant? I'm not really an expert lol. Most likely pregnant. especially if you're feeling sick and stuff like that
U could be eatin to much fiber. I accidelty ate a while box of fiber bars and i regreted it for a day or two ( very annoying gassy feeling) ..... Or If it's on ur right side of your stomach it could be appendicitis ( u need to go to the hospital before it ruptures)
