If you have the flu take some dayquil. If not then take some ibuprofen, it is an excellent fever reducer. Good luck on your assessment, but be sure and stay home if you are not better, you don't want to go and get everyone else sick too, and make yourself worse.

If you live with your parents, tell them to call the school and let them know you are sick and won't be coming to school tomorrow. Rest & heal up.
If you are an adult and this is a job related assignment, call in work and tell them you are sick & won't be at work tomorrow.

You can't help it if you're sick. Take a day off.

Drink lots of water, stay in bed, get a bunch of sleep.

drink plenty of fluids, get some rest, take some Tylenol
